Institutional, organisational and planning information
It was founded in September 1996. The objective of the company is the investment in and/or management of all types of companies, including businesses providing public services or those undertaking related o complementary activities; the preparation of technical studies, projects and programmes, project execution, quality control, assembly of control and remote-control systems, the preparation of rates for the provision of public services, financial control of project contracts or activities relating to computer management.
It is the holding company for the entire group of companies in Latin America. Canal de Isabel II holds 81% of the shares, the remainder belonging to local partners.
