UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005

According to standard UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 Assessment of compliance. General competence requirements of testing and calibration laboratories, the Laboratories of the Subdirectorate of Water Quality of Canal de Isabel II are accredited as testing laboratories in the environmental sector. Canal de Isabel II has a line of action that includes the development of projects to improve processes and activities, through methodologies that pursue effectiveness and efficiency in management, placing emphasis on the the value chain with a focus on maximizing the performance of our processes. To do this, we have a group of improvement liaisons, made up of workers who lead this initiative in each of their units.
