Canal de Isabel II has a line of action that includes the development of projects to improve processes and activities, through methodologies that pursue effectiveness and efficiency in management, placing emphasis on the the value chain with a focus on maximizing the performance of our processes. To do this, we have a group of improvement liaisons, made up of workers who lead this initiative in each of their units.
