1. Data Protection Delegate

Canal de Isabel II, S.A.  2. Purpose

The personal data provided (images) will be used to guarantee and manage the facilities managed and/or monitored by CANAL (persons, goods, and facilities), as well as to control access to certain specific facilities. They will also be used to prevent the commission of crimes, misdemeanours, and security-related offences.

CANAL shall keep your personal data until the time established by law has elapsed in order to attend to any possible liabilities that may arise from the processing of the data or until you have requested your opposition or their deletion, if applicable, and for a maximum of one month, after which time they must be destroyed, unless they are communicated to the Security Forces and/or Courts and Tribunals and/or blocked, in those cases in which they must be kept to accredit the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of persons, goods or facilities.
