Los usuarios que necesiten realizar gestiones comerciales pueden hacerlas presencialmente, a través de la Oficina Virtual, app Canal Clientes o correo electrónico
- La empresa externa que presta el servicio de atención telefónica ha sufrido un ataque ransonware que no ha afectado a los servidores de Canal
Canal de Isabel II ha suspendido su servicio de atención telefónica para gestiones comerciales, que presta a través del número de teléfono gratuito 900365365, debido a un ataque informático sufrido por la compañía que presta este servicio para la empresa pública.
El ataque, que, según las auditorías de seguridad realizadas a lo largo del fin de semana no ha afectado a los servidores ni bases de datos de Canal de Isabel II, ha sido de tipo ransonware, y la empresa prestataria del servicio está trabajando para limpiar sus equipos y servidores y retomar el servicio con seguridad tan pronto como sea posible.
Mientras esté suspendida la atención comercial por vía telefónica, el teléfono 900365365 únicamente estará operativo para registrar incidencias y averías, ya que dicho servicio se presta exclusivamente desde Canal de Isabel II, sin contar con empresas externas.
Para realizar trámites comerciales, Canal de Isabel II pone a disposición de los clientes las siguientes vías:
- Presencialmente, en su oficina comercial de la calle José Abascal, 10.
- A través de la Oficina Virtual de Canal de Isabel II
- A través de la aplicación móvil Canal Clientes.
- A través del correo clientes@canaldeisabelsegunda.es, indicando el cliente un número de contacto y la descripción de su problema .
